hospitalized. Patients at CHOC or CHOC at Mission are encouraged
to create a free web page to share important information and
provide updates about their progress.

Family and friends are invited to use the following form to email
a patient at CHOC or CHOC at Mission. Emails will be delivered
daily Monday - Thursday by our Child Life Department staff during
regular business hours. Emails received over the weekend will be
delivered the next business day.
